I think you need a contact at the fanbelt store you gonna need some spares.
How does the drillblock manage to drop down with the drilling progress?

I believe, that the drill rod is square and just slips down a square hole in the pulley. The pulley probably isn't under much load as you might notice the water supply is a pressure washer. Most likely the nozzle down-bore is eroding the hole more than mechanical action.
