weld positioning fixture

I need to weld the pivot tubes on to the I beams that I cut the profile into which requires them to be centered square and parallel in all 3 planes xyz
doing this once would simply mean measuring and squaring it to do this on opposite ends gets a little more involved but to do this repeatedly becomes a time consuming chore
So after trueing a single tube and tack welding it it place I built a fixture which will work on either end
