    Already an overbearing resident, if I get any older, it will be impossible to deal with.

    I think the feet when spread consume about 10' of floor space. It continues promise of help while running wireway along ceiling, the only reason I allow it to stay.

    Better than landing on the floor wrapped up in the wrong ladder, though, I would think.
