Wheel adapters for tractor

My old Schramm 300 Pneumatractor has been sitting on blocks for the past 6 years waiting for me to find tires for it So I can move it without having to carry it.
Well I came into 8 385 70- 22.5 trash truck tires which are the same size the Grayhound and Prevost buses and coaches run
So I was thinking hey they are only 3 inches smaller in diameter than the agg tires it once had and they are a couple inches wider as well. Wide is good for the sand out here and besides it is not like the tractor was designed for agg work anyway. with the 300 CFM air compressor connected to the engine and the transmission powered by a hydraulic pump and motor.
The only problem was the rims were 10 hole truck while the tractor only had 6 hole mounting. This meant I would have to make adapters






If 2 tires is good 4 is better
