what does the second peg/dowel on the RHS do? inserted at timestamp 0:11?
I suspect not everything was shown. It looks like it may be used as a limit stop to prevent the rocker box from rotating up past level. There may be a groove in the side of the box that was not shown. That's my guess.
I don't even smoke anymore and I want one of these...
