The world's cheapest parting off blade holder

This is a simple and extremely effective parting off blade holder I made quite while back. I seem to have neglected to submit it.

The video shows why I needed it and how I made it. So watch past the first bit and all will be revealed.

This is the solution for small lathes prone to tool post flex - works fantastically well.
