That looks bloody dangerous.

Let's see the pumping station. Going to need considerable volume of low pressure water. I'll bet there are secondary stations above ground level.
Only part keeping me off it, waiting to see someone else maintain velocity in the discharge funnel, with enough centrifugal force to 'stick'.
