The world's largest gate valve being installed in Texas. Designed for a water pipeline, the valve stands 40 feet tall and weighs 117 tons.

They didn't say "working", the cast iron will be around in 100 years.

Just a string a pair of dividers and a Bux Mag drill should do the job of drilling the hole pattern.
