    Testing various equipment at less than atmospheric pressure, space suits, airframes, packaging... Since a full vacuum can't be generated, the large size would give a high percentage of that state, and probably simulate intervals from sea level to high altitude as well.

    I think it should be further utilized for presidential debates, when not housing members of congress...
