It's basically an electronic gimbal, sensors tell the actuators where the leanings are and the actuators compensate.

Maybe you don't know what AI is...AI learns, develops, grows and makes decisions, a self balancing bike system just reacts to inputs.

Why? It's still just a motorcycle, it will just be less stable if there is a power failure or communication problem it's not going to drive you into a wall.
