Homemade on-board welder constructed from NAPA components. Intended to be powered by either an externally regulated Ford alternator or two automotive batteries.

Yeah. I agree. You'll never know when you need a welder like this.

And it just occurred to me that if you're stuck somewhere with a broken vehicle, you can use your onboard welder to even start a fire.
