DESCRIPTION:
Homemade thermal interference method consisting of heating a 6061 aluminum knob with a MAPP gas torch for 20 seconds and then driving the bolt into a tapped hole with an impact screwdriver. After cooling in cold water, the bolt will fail before turning in the knob.
