    That is a cool idea and so well made. Amazing that Scheppach didn't include some form of a blade height lock. I like the "what's the purpose of this new tool ?" tool posting in the Forum. We may find a new purpose for the tool in question.

    Cool tool! I was going to say that the magnet may be too weak, but you did explain that it's actually an advantage in that you can fine tune the position of the handwheel.
