10" Disc Sander from re-purposed skil saw

This is my first submission, a 10" disk sander made from a plywood box, some steel brackets, a couple of hinges, a plate of aluminum, toggle switch, a hose clamp, some hardware and a 10" sanding disc for a table saw.

Its quite powerful and although the motor is not rated for continuous duty, most sanding doesn't require more than a minute two. If motor ever burns out, used skil saws are ubiquitous at garage and yard sales.
