You should be able to run some numbers and calc it out. This happens a lot, especially with foreign built machines.

I just ordered a digital tach for a machine I'm building. $12.50 from Hong Kong. The picture showed green numbers, but the details said that they're red. We'll see what shows up....

Good to know. I had the same situation with my eBay purchase but did receive the correct color for the display. Also make a copy of the wiring diagram shown on the website because there are no instructions. Same is true for the separate small power supply boards I ordered but luckily the printed circuit silkscreen printing has everything marked for which side has 115VAC vs. 9VDC connections.
