There is a youtube channel called mousetrap mondays. He shows all types of traps even some that go back to medieval times. Pretty interesting stuff.

    Frank S's Tools
sitting here watching the mouse get blown away time and time again I kept thinking there has to be a way that this device could be made into a one shot multiple kill device. First off there needs to be some type of bait to entice the mouse or rat to poke its nose in the barrel. I solved this by thinking of packing cheese or peanut butter in the bore on top of the wadding. then to make it a multi kill this was simple as well since rodents are carnivorous and cannibalistic the peanut butter could be heavily laced with something like rat-x and arsenic. the poison concoction would be blasted into the mouse or rat's body then when it was eaten all of those nibbling on the first victim would die and dry up
This way if you kill one you could kill hundreds with a single shot. But it would probably be banned because it was a weapon of mass reduction
Never try to tell me it can't be done
When I have to paint I use KBS products
