    1896 giant mechanical tricycle - photos

    1896 giant promotional tricycle of the the Boston Woven Hose and Rubber Company. It required eight men to propel the vehicle.

    The caption stated it took 8 persons but I don't see the several sets of pedals and seats for them to work together

    On the bottom photo I see the man in the middle with handle bars, and a determined expression. I think I see the men on the rear set for propulsion, too.
