When I think of a tracked motorcycle the first one that comes to mind is the Kleines Kettenkrad HK101
Although actually more of a personal tank than a motorcycle

But when you think about it there are probably millions of tracked motorcycles running around all you would have to do is replace the front ski with a wheel on a snowmobile and you have a tracked motorcycle LOL
