A two man killer. I used to have one of those 3/4" hand drills, using the term loosely because the first thing you wanted to do was figure out a way to chain it off so it wouldn't turn the two of you into an amusement park ride.

It would make a great drill press. Maybe someday I will do that...
Its geared so low that even when the torque reaction twists body parts it's usually slow enough that your pain reflex releases the trigger . . . "sometimes" preventing injury! Don't ask!
10 amps, 350 rpm. You can hear the bones breaking...
I have a drill like that. First time using it I dam near broke my hand when drilling thru tubing on the race car the drill caught in the metal. Hurt like hell. Ext time using it was to mix fiberated roof coating. Spun me around in slow motion. I now have a great deal of respect for it.
My grandfather had one of these (now mine). He taught me as a kid how to use one of these the trick was to hold it not to tightly and with the open part of your hand in the direction the drill will turn if (when) it gets bound up. At that point it slips out of your hand without taking you with it.
I still use the technique and now my grandkids know it and can use the drill also.
