Two versions of this are featured no originality is claimed.

The first one uses an expanded collet based on the Myford manual winding handle.

The second is specific to the Myford Super 7 Large Bore and uses the M35 x 1.5 threaded end on the Myford spindle.
This could be adapted for the standard Myford bore (if I knew the relevant dimensions).
Both use similar 3D printed components mating with M8 fastenings.
