When I first saw this video I thought it was just a shoddy attempt to add some character to a brick laying job but looking at it closer I noticed the way the brick courses are run that this is a 2 layer thick wall and the bricks are most likely the structure of the building rather than being just a veneer I would hope there is a mat of rebar both vertically and horizontally between the inner and outer layers of bricks

Yes, but I would be inclined to chip the corners off of random bricks then cement them back on at various heights after a few climbers fell maybe the4 others would get the idea before reaching heights high enough to do serious injury or death, if not, oh well sinloy
