Yeah I have a grinder that has a 6" circular pad on it but its hard to change out, and I can't get the same RPMs out of it (it bogs down) So I am interested to see what I can do with this. I removed the height control on this design but I am going to build one with an RO that will have height control and possibly (if I can figure it out) an arm that would allow the work rest to sit flush and have a cut out for the pad so you can work flat. So many ideas, too little time!
