    Question Anyone read/ interpret Japanese?

Bought this set of Tsubaki roller chain machinery skates.
Proportionally, and per tag, estimating 6 ton capacity. Being certain is advantageous, right?
In first picture below, on tag upper right TUF the stamp "6" is barely visible, no matter what lighting used. Others depicts overall size and general features.

Right now, working out details for swivel plates and non-slip plates/ pads. Main consideration is lowest possible yet matching overall height between rigid and swivel skates.
Anyone have a clue? Google text converter wasn't satisfactory, nor finding a similar catalog listing; closest are light duty 3. o 8 ton found at www.hilmanrollers.com light duty series.
Will edit pix in and page link. Initial expenditure so far is not less than $1000.00 versus list price, some labor will make all this worthwhile.
