Pretty close to simply removing his ability to reproduce even if it didn't kill him. I think, If I were him, and the poker game showed I had no luck left, I'd go home, crawl in bed, and STAY THERE!

I have to wonder what he was thinking when he made the 1st attempt? I didn't do all that well in my physics class, and in fact I flunked it, but I do understand the concept of sharp things versus my soft tender body.
