Blanking shapes with a rubber die

Some thin parts can be made without making both a punch & mating die. This small block of rubber has been used to form - pierce & blank all sorts over the past 35+ years.

Great presentation of tool-making process! (Entirely outside my province) Much better than a video.

    Download plans for milling tools.
