Everyone of these tests the trucks are empty. Why? Load up a Tracker Trailer full of Steel I Beams or a loaded Cement Truck and try them again. You would think they would want to test these barriers with the heaviest, worse case, otherwise how do you know if they work? Maybe they don't?

Yep if I were going to attempt to gain entrance to where I wasn't allowed I'd send the heaviest most powerful thing I had through the barrier if it made it through even though being destroyed it would have compromised the structure which other lessor vehicles could pass through.
But then again I might just send a truck loaded with fertilizer and diesel wait for the huge explosion to draw the attention of all the guards away from their regular entrance then calmly walk over to the guard shack open the gate and allow my squad to pass through unchallenged Sometimes it is not the intent to breach a barrier but to create a significant enough diversion.

yes there was no driver in the truck.there was also a chase truck behind it, possiably driving and filming.
