Not being able to read braille I wonder how well the view is described to a non sighted person. For someone blind from birth I imagine being able to read the view might not mean a whole lot unless there was some baseline perspective which could be explained.
To someone who had lost their sight in their later years, reading the description of the view might find it lacking in detail.
