Good idea of a well known tool reinterpretation, you can add an articulated length gauge if you have many identical angles to make.
Great idea.
As you have holes on your piece, you can make an adjustable length and angle in a unique arm from them, which can be rotated from necessary position to free working place.

Two great ideas here:
1) the bender itself, and
2) that wall-mounted vertical vise.
