What thickness of sheet are you using for the construction?
is it taking .22 LR, or gallery rounds?

I currently use a pellet trap (3/4" pine with 4" of foam in front) for teaching PCYC type classes, but this would be better, albeit a little louder (good auditory feedback for the youth)
