I had an Aunt who was a professional cake decorator nearly her whole life. She would turn over in her grave if she saw something like that.
While I never could understand why there was so much fussiness involved in the decorating of cakes after all, all you are going it do with them is cut them up and eat them. If you are going to add 20 lbs of sugar to a cake then just mix it up and slather it on it will taste the same as one with a month's worth of work is what I would tell her. But then she would not have earned hundreds and sometimes thousands of dollars for her creations if everyone thought the same as I did about them.
This machine is ideal for folks like me who really don't care about the looks just pile on the sugar and let me cut it open.
