I'm in Canada. If it's has a motor and as is on the water, you need a license to operate it. The only requirements are a pulse and a room temperature IQ to pass the multiple choice course. But it is technically still a license.

Please don't remind me. I live in Cottage country near Ottawa and we have all sorts of idiots and morons on a two lane highway. Many weekends there are fatal head on crashes due to Mario Andretti types. Sad thing is they take out innocent people with themselves.

I've lived in BC, a few different cities in Alberta, Northern Ontario, Southern Ontario, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. There are idiots everywhere, and the 401 is the 401, but overall my experience is that Alberta and Northern Ontario are neck and neck for the highest concentration of stupid. In Northern Ontario they have signs all over the highway reminding people NOT to pass on blind turns because it's so commonplace.

The printing on the side of the tractor trailer shows this vid is from overseas.
This just goes to show idiots are truly international.
