I'm just a farmer, these days we have to improvise when we need a tool, or anything else for that matter. The American Farmer, with high costs and low grain prices, are going UNDER. The prices we get for our grain are like the prices we sold grain for in the 80's. And our equipment, chemicals, seed and fuel (to name a few) are 10X what they were back then. Oh, and in the early 80's 40 percent of the farmers had to file bankruptcy. People WILL care, when you can't get food, even if you have money in your pocket...
