Charge air cooler pressure test cap

I have done this many times myself. Between all the guys in the shop we had quite an assortment of sizes. Thanks for your post.

As it turned out there was a long crack in the top of the cooler that one could have been welded but I noted that it looked like some of the tubes were cracked as well.
I have his truck back together with the new parts, but we still haven't received the insurance check yet
