Charge air cooler pressure test cap

A truck came in with the complaint of no boost pressure
the first thing I did was to make a test cap to use my air compressor to find where the problem was.
I used a standard rubber plumbers cap to block off one tube at the turbo then cut a length of 3" PVC and cemented a cap to it then drilled the cap and installed a Schrader valve After applying air pressure I determined the cooler itself had been damaged in the recent accident So I replaced the cooler.Click image for larger version.
