    Don't think it's either based on the lower hose coming out of the water pump and low mounted power steering pump and the Pan looks Chevy not VW or Corvair. Not sure...looks like a Chevy motor to me and if it is a 68 it could be a 396 based on the water pump...might be confusing the massive leaf springs as opposed cylinder/heads.
