Hi, yes I haven't shown my parts until now. There is one part missing I want to make an overview video about the machine but I haven't made it yet (there are so many things to do...).

I'm using an arduino with a shield for estlcam (software), 280Ncm motors, a 48v power supply, modul 1 rack and pinion and linear rails with 20mm (more in the next video I hope I will get it in the next weeks)

1.) I'm using Estlcam (really simple to leran for beginners). Thanks for the tip with MasterCam I will have a lookat it.
2.) I don't have a backlash compensation. I had everything aligned as good as possible and hoped for an acceptable result. And for me the results are good enough for now.
3.) I don't really now It's hard to say but maybe I would spend the money for ball screws to get a more precision (and also a much more quiet) machine if I would build it again.

By the way thank you very much for your comment!
