It does look like some of the weirder designs I did as a young kid kitbashing cool looking cars without understanding what all the parts did :-) (like the one where I stuck the exhaust headers on top of the engine because 'it looked cool' :-)

Might as well position a 10 gallon gas can above and pouring straight into the intake manifold! Unless those 4-bbl carbs are less than 200cfm each OR the displacement is around 1000 cubic inches those carburetors are overkill... but they look pretty cool!
