Everyone at one time or another has had to deal with folks who either ignored notices and warnings, or felt they were so entitled they couldn't be bothered. The internet has created names for these individuals, Karens, Kens, and others, until a construction boss goes all BUBBA or LARRY, on them

Imagine it's a guy that works nights, didn't get the "no parking notice" and comes out of his house to go to work that afternoon and finds......

What if it were the boss's wife's car and he had long suspected her of sleeping around then just happened to find her car parked where they were to excavate the utility lines. Very difficult for her to explain it way unless she just happened to be spending some time with a sick friend
