    Towel warmers don't get hot enough to cook anything. It was probably used to thaw the frozen brisket before the wonderful black magic smoking process.

    About 100°f too low. You might be able to slice a couple pounds of steak into thin strips and make Jerky in 12 to 15 hours if the warmer can reach 150°f but unless the overheat safeties can be disabled and the thing can reach about 250°f that brisket will never properly cook and for sure won't ever get hot enough to render the fat layer to the blackened state in the video.
