    Love to see the business end of that! Is the inner mandrel "corrugated" too? or does it end up a smooth bore?

    It could be that there is no inner mandrel, just a bunch of high-pressure spray nozzles

    You can get pipe like that in both single layer ribbed inner surface and double layer smooth liner. Don't know how they do it though.

    I do a lot of work in wood products and OSB. Most of the OSB you buy is made on a continuous press. Very similar in principle to this pipe extruder.

    Now, that's a innovative molding technique!
    Though if spraying is involved, it's not really molding, but forming. Additive yes, but still closely related work such as turning with form tools, which is subtractive.

    It could be that the proceeding process extrude a smooth wall pipe. That pipe while still hot would then be continuously blow molded in the corrugation section.

    Just my imagination making the tooling.
