I know nothing about rigging but looking at the placement of the cranes on the bridge I have to wonder what their plan was once the truck cleared the guardrail?

They did appear to be too close together to swing the load between them, but there may have been the possibility of 1 swinging to the left and the other swinging to the right until the truck was sideways while passing it between them. then if the bridge was wide enough to swing it lengthwise once again on the other side. A delicate maneuver but with 2 good operators very doable. inadequate or faulty slings seem to be all too common in these videos
Never try to tell me it can't be done

Double crane picks are always dangerous as hell. If the rigging fails on one crane and the other crane is instantly way overloaded.

Not even a proper crane! I don't see stabilizer outriggers. Looks like a boom attached to a tractor.
