I made one with 0.8mm thick steel sheet and an aluminium pan which I used to use on family BBQ twenty some years ago.

Then gave this cone butt welding.

Top cover was also made from 0.8mm steel sheet.

Vacuum pipe and suction pipe are made from the same steel sheet too. But I was not very sure if this length of the vacuum pipe works well for my purpose, separating tree leaves and bamboo leaves. Mostly they are a tad bigger than the dust we usually deal with.

The top lid of the aluminium pan got a round cut, and I put some silicone rubber for sealing.
Attachment 23090
Epoxy added to the joint.
Attachment 23091
A test run told me that I should better give it some alteration.
Attachment 23092
So I made a cut to the inner pipe or vacuum pipe to make it short, and added another bigger round separator wall around it.

Now it works better!
