Sometimes the simplest tools can be adapted to do much higher tech things
I used a foot operated bicycle pump a tubeless tire valve stem and a small metal pan I made to pressure test an oil cooler
I placed the cooler in the pan of water and clamped it down covering one of the oil holes then forced the tire valve into the remaining port attached the foot pump then pressurized the cooler
