Dooring driver sends motorcyclist under truck - GIF

After reading the comments, above, and watching the video a couple of times, it's obvious this thing was entirely the motorcyclist's fault. The woman is in a very wide parallel parking spot, "guarded" by the lane line that's a foot away from her door when it's open. I'm sure they did that on purpose both to protect people getting into and out of their cars and to keep traffic being tied up by parkers. So, there should not have been anyone where her door was, except her entering/exiting her car. Of course, it would have been smart to look back, if she didn't, but that's like saying it's smart to stop at a green light because someone might run the red light.
