Never seen donuts made like that before. A shop I worked in many years ago had a machine that punched them out assembly line style, and cooked one side in oil, flipped them, cooked the other side, then drained the oil on a little ramp, so as they slid on to a catch tray they were ready for cinnamon and sugar.
Will have to try and find a vid.
Found it. This is the exact same machine as the shop had!
