An easier way of machining chamfers

This is something I came up with for putting chamfers onto parts. Probably an original (can't recall seeing one ever before), but for the moment I'm claiming it as new to me.

A very good idea with a potential for more applications (drilling, filing, welding).
But thinking of chamfers: I remember the rulebook 'jig & tooling & machine design' of a prominent automotive supplier that milling beautifying chamfers was prohibited (and an unpardonable sin remembered by your boss).

Not same solution, but some years ago - after watching Joe Pieczynski video* - I made pair of „angled parallels” for work colleague.
