But thinking of chamfers: I remember the rulebook 'jig &tooling=&machine design' of a prominent automotive supplier that milling beautifying chamfers was prohibited (and an unpardonable sin remembered by your boss).= "Pin It")
A very good idea with a potential for more applications (drilling, filing, welding).
