I was very influenced by the 10-part What's Noka Worth article at DallasFood.org years ago. DallasFood is like an anonymous tell-all gossip blog, but instead of dishing dirt about celebrities, it drops secrets about chocolate manufacturing and chocolate companies and chocolate history. Anyway, the author debunked Noka, the then "#1 Luxury Chocolate in the World", and, in the process, revealed a great deal about chocolate.
These days you can get lots of these bars, including various Amedeis, on Amazon.
