Fabrication of a 17" boat propeller.

I have made the hub and have an auger scroll that i intend to cut into 4 blades.
The blades require further shaping and forging - for this I need female forge die and then a welding jig.

My previous effort failed when one blade bent after I annealed a section to equalize the pitch.
