Who let their horse's hooves get that bad? I've never seen anything 1/10th that bad before. That's crazy.

I have seen similar videos and it has been donkeys in what appear to be very poor farming areas in China - that doesn't make it right, but offers some explanation.

I've watched Farrier videos in America that were the equal to this. It's sad, but happens. Poor animals. People who keep animals have a responsibility to care for them properly.
