As usual, I'm suspicious. This is certainly promoted by organized crime. As their crews age and retire, recruiting has become more intense.

No toy, fidget or otherwise. Purpose is millennial training for those unsuccessful in technical education, or unsatisfied being harbored in a cubicle workstation.
